Jay Vernon is an audio-visual artist and co-founder of Muzik Over Matter, a Nova Scotia-based company dedicated to creating music without borders and elevating local talent to a global stage.
A versatile creator, Jay has mixed, mastered, and co-executive produced the Capitol Records / Delicious Vinyl release Traveling Salesman by Frank Nitt, and worked with icons like 2Pac's Outlawz, MC Eiht, AZ, Masta Ace, and Nova Scotia's own MadCraz and Short Shane.
As a performer, he has shared the stage with Canadian greats including Classified, Kardinal Offishall, and Skratch Bastid, as well as U.S. acts such as Slaughterhouse, Pharoahe Monch, and eMC.
